Arshdeep Singh, a left-arm fast bowler, was India’s second-best bowler after Jasprit Bumrah in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup this year. Punjab Kings (PBKS) did not retain him before the auction. However, they used the Right to Match (RTM) card during the auction to bring him back for Rs 18 crore. Interestingly, they could have kept him for the same price without going through the auction.
