Karthik has also left a significant mark in the Indian Premier League (IPL), having played for six different franchises: Delhi Daredevils (now Delhi Capitals), Kings XI Punjab (now Punjab Kings), Mumbai Indians, Kolkata Knight Riders, Gujarat Lions, and Royal Challengers Bangalore.
